In order to provide smooth transportation to our customers, we are unable to accept pick-up time requests.
At KIX,Please come to our MK Shuttle Desk next to gate H on the first floor of Terminal 1 and contact our staff as soon as you finish the Immigration and Customs procedure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a cancellation fee of...
20% of the fare, if you cancel up to 17:00 (JST), 10 - 4 days before the reserved day
30% of the fare, if you cancel up to17:00 (JST), 3 days before the reserved day
40% of the fare, if you cancel up to17:00 (JST), 1 day before the reserved day
100% of the fare, if you cancel up to17:00 (JST), on the reserved day
Attention
Shuttle reservations must be made
by 5:00 p.m.(JST), 3 days
before the required date.
